Why Other People’s Opinions Shouldn’t Define Your Choices

I used to be that person – constantly worried about why someone reacted differently than I expected.Β
It gets draining after a point, I came to the realization that: the only reactions I can control are my own.
This simple realization was liberating. Now, when I make decisions, I focus on what feels authentic to me rather than anticipating others’ responses.Β
This shift has brought incredible peace and clarity to my decision-making.
Always keep in mind: Your choices are yours to make. Others’ opinions are theirs to keep.
What’s one decision you’ve been hesitating on because of others’ potential reactions?
