As I stepped into the park over the weekend, a group of deer caught my eye. Half basking in sunlight, half sheltered in shade – nature’s perfect metaphor for the equinox.
It struck me: isn’t life just like this moment?
The equinox marks equal day and night, a cosmic balance.
It got me thinking about the past six months and the valuable lessons I’ve learned from various situations and people. Some brought joy, others sadness. Some left me frustrated, while others filled me with peace. But each experience, each person, taught me something crucial.
These lessons have made me stronger, more resilient. They were exactly what I needed, even if I didn’t realize it at the time.
Clubbed with the World Gratitude Day, on 21 September, I found myself deeply appreciative of these growth opportunities.
Life, like the equinox, is about balance. Light and shadow. Joy and sorrow. Learning and unlearning.
Let’s celebrate growth and gratitude together!
What lessons are you grateful for? How have they shaped you?
